These terms govern your use of the Modern Classic Barbershop & Shave Parlor website and online booking, operated by MDRN Classic Grooming Essentials LLC, 819 Linden Avenue #3, Zanesville, OH 43701. By using this site or booking an appointment, you agree to them.
Appointments & booking
- You agree to provide accurate contact information when booking so we can confirm and manage your appointment.
- Cancellations, reschedules, no-shows, and the card-on-file requirement for first-time clients are governed by our Cancellation & No-Show Policy.
- Appointment payments are processed by Square. We never see or store your card number.
- If you book for a child or family member, you confirm you're authorized to provide their information.
SMS Terms
Program name: Modern Classic Barbershop SMS Notifications & Offers.
By opting in to SMS messages from Modern Classic Barbershop, you agree to receive text messages related to the SMS categories you selected.
Appointment and customer-care messages may include booking confirmations, appointment reminders, waitlist updates, waitlist confirmations, schedule changes, and review requests.
Marketing messages may include product announcements, limited-time offers, product sales, rebooking reminders, and personalized product recommendations.

Products
MDRN Classic grooming products shown on this site are sold through our separate online storefront. Purchases made there are subject to the storefront's own checkout terms; in-shop purchases are handled at the counter.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site — including making bookings you don't intend to keep, submitting false information, attempting to access other customers' accounts, or interfering with the site's operation. We may refuse service or cancel bookings that violate these terms.
Content & intellectual property
The Modern Classic and MDRN Classic names, logos, photography, and site content belong to MDRN Classic Grooming Essentials LLC and may not be reused without permission.

The site and booking service are provided "as is." While we work hard to keep scheduling accurate and available, we can't guarantee the site will always be error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of the site is limited to the amount you paid for the service at issue.
